1. Overview and Core Philosophy

At RPrint (accessible via myremoteprinter.app and our desktop/mobile client applications), your privacy is our absolute priority. Our service is built on a Zero-Knowledge Architecture. We do not store, view, inspect, or retain your printed documents, files, images, or receipts on any server.

2. Data Transfer and End-to-End Encryption

When you send a document from your mobile application to your desktop printer:

• The payload is encrypted on your device using AES-256 encryption.
• The encrypted payload is transmitted over secure WebSocket tunnels powered by Cloudflare edge infrastructure, or directly via local Wi-Fi when on the same network.
• The server merely functions as an ephemeral relay pipeline. It cannot decrypt the contents because encryption keys are held strictly on your paired devices.
• Upon arrival at your Windows desktop application, the document is decrypted locally, sent directly to your Windows Print Spooler, and instantly purged from memory.

3. Advertising and Google AdSense / AdMob

To provide our software free of charge, we utilize third-party advertising services, specifically Google AdSense on our website and Google AdMob in our mobile applications.

Google may use cookies, device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID / AD_ID on Android), and web beacons to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements based on your prior visits to this website or other websites across the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or by configuring your mobile device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

4. Device Permissions

The RPrint mobile application may request the following permissions:

• Camera: Required exclusively for scanning the pairing QR code displayed on your PC screen and capturing physical documents via the built-in document scanner. Camera frames are processed locally and never stored.
• Photos / Storage Access: Required strictly to allow you to select PDF files or photos you wish to print.
• Advertising ID (AD_ID): Used by the Google Mobile Ads SDK for ad serving and frequency capping.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses standard essential cookies to store your preferred language selection. Third-party advertising partners (Google) may place and read cookies on your browser in the course of ads being served on this site.
